The Wine

Clean & very bright, attractive pale yellow color with green highlights. On the nose, it offers white flowers & citrus notes after aeration, as well as a slight hint of sage, very elegant. Silky but very ample on the palate, with a subtle saline touch that stays present on the palate. The balance between fresh fruit & natural acidity makes it a long & very expressive wine.
