Montecillo Limited Edition Garnacha Blanca

Very bright & clean, appealing straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it is subtle & gradually fills with nuances after oxygenation. Very clear mineral notes which are combined with sweet white chocolate, baked bread & a light background of mint. After a few minutes, apple jam appears. Silky & smooth on the palate. Very glyceric with a strong acidity that is the common link between the ripe white fruit & the toasted french oak of great quality. Very long & persistent. Delicious finish with a mineral touch very present.
