Osborne Pedro Ximenez Rare Sherry
A deep mahogany colour with a greenish rim. Bright, complex and intense, pungent notes of flor are toned down with the delicate touches of aldehyde from biological ageing alongside the predominant aromas of elegant oak, with vanilla, toasted almonds and walnuts. Very dry, with plenty of body, a strong attack and great breadth on the palate. It is rounded with flavours of nuts and touches of citrus marmalade and marzipan. A very long, persistent finish.
